Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je oblast podnikových procesů a procesního managementu s důrazem na optimalizaci procesů. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány charakteristiky procesů, funkčního a procesního řízení firmy a zlepšování podnikových procesů. V praktické části je popsán vybraný podnik, jeho procesy a návrh na zlepšení jednoho z nich.

The issue of this thesis is the area of the business processes and process management with emphasis on the optimization processes. In its theoretical part the work deals with charakteristics of business processes, functional and process management in the company and improvement of the company processes.
