Abstract:

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku vystavování na veletrzích a výstavách ve vybrané firmě. Cílem této práce bylo na základě dosavadní veletržní činnosti vybrané firmy vytvořit plán výstav a veletrhů pro rok 2019. V rámci analýzy prostředí podniku byla použita metoda PEST a Porterova metoda pěti konkurenčních sil. Samotná veletržní činnost byla zkoumána v letech 20132017 a získané výsledky byly analyzovány pomocí SWOT analýzy. Provedeným výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že firma, ač je ve vystavovatelské činnosti velmi aktivní, nemá formulován žádný nástroj pro měření efektivnosti tohoto vystavování. Navržené řešení tedy obsahuje veletržní plán pro rok 2019 a způsob, jak hodnotit úspěšnost jednotlivých veletrhů a výstav. Výsledky této práce tedy firmě umožňují kontrolovat úspěšnost výstav a veletrhů i v budoucích letech. Na úplný závěr práce byl veletržní plán podroben časové, nákladové i rizikové analýze.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of exposure at the trade fairs and exhibitions in the selected company. The goal of the thesis has been to create a plan of trade fairs and exhibitions for the year 2019 based on the previous aktivity of the selected company. The PEST and Porter's five forces method was used for the analysis of the business envi-ronment. The trade fairs aktivity was investigated between the years 20132017 and the acquired results were analyzed by using SWOT analysis. According to the investi-gation was found that although the company is very active with trade fair issues, it does not have any specified tool for measuring the trade fairs efficiency. The proposed solution con-tains the 2019 fairs and exhibitions plan and the way how to rate efficiency of individual fairs and exhibitions. The results of the thesis allow the company to check and control the success of fairs and exhibitions also in the following years. At the end of the thesis, the plan went through the time, cost and risk analysis.
