Abstract:

The main objective of this thesis is modelling and analyzing business processes of my start up Company providing Database services by using Agile methodology. As of Today's mod- ern Enterprises deals with a highly dynamic environment which requires management to integrate available knowledge gained from the data and information. This mainly focused on comparing the relational and nonrelational Database and why non- relational Database is effective and more used. Non- relational management system enhances the limitations which relational database management systems face while storing large vol- umes of unstructured, user-generated text-based data in a distributed environment, their capacity to store a large volume of data over multiple servers, and the programming interface they provide. Also, it focused on the highlights of business processes of the organizational structure of various departments of the Company and how they work and coordinate with each other by Agile methodologies using the CRAFTCASE tool. The business process is a collection of activities that produce output with one or more inputs and customer satisfaction. The business process is mainly customer-oriented. It is a set of clearly defined and manage- able tasks or activities in an organization. It includes monitoring, auditing, performance analysis, and improvement in processes. Agile and Scrum have become more and more popular. Most higher management teams in an organization prefer the elegant way of working as the key to success. Agile and Scrum are the most used methodologies in my thesis, where Scrum is an agile framework for completing complex projects. This paper describes the business processes modeling structure of a startup com- pany that provides databases focusing on comparing relational and nonrelational Databases using an agile way of working and organizing teams for efficiency and productive output
