Abstract:
V naši bakalářské práci jsme se zabývali asertivním chováním a osobnostními komponenty charakterizující osobnost u rozhodčích ledního hokeje. Výzkumný soubor rozhodčích vyplňoval test asertivity a NEO pětifaktorový osobnostní inventář. Našim úkolem bylo určit míru asertivity u 15 ti rozhodčích a najít vztah mezi věkem a délkou praxe. In our bachelor work we have dealt with assertive behavior and personality components characterizing the personality of referees in ice hockey. The research group of referees filled the test of assertiveness and NEO Five-Factor Inventory.
