Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá Zánikem závazků. Po vysvětlení vzniku, změny a zajištění závazků jednotlivě rozebírá zánik závazků jak podle obchodního, tak podle občanského práva. Mimo splnění závazků vysvětluje další možnosti zániku závazku, potažmo situace, kdy ke splnění nedochází. This bachelor thesis deals with the extinction of obligations. After explaining of institutions like the emergence, change and securing of obligations, separately analyzes extinction of obligations according to the commercial and civil law.
