Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je zmapovat kladné prvky vlastní komunikace a poukázat na nevhodné metody komunikace sester. Práce bude saturovat komunikační styl a odbornou úroveň komunikace zdravotníka s nemocným. Teoretická část popisuje, jak rovinu obecné terminologie ve verbální komunikaci, tak terminologie v neverbální komunikaci. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to map positive elements of personal communication and to point out to inappropriate methods of nurses` communication. Thesis will saturate communication style and proffesional level of communication between medic and patient.
