Žena jako manažerka

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje ženám v manažerských pozicích. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy jako management a leadership. Pozornost je také zaměřena na hlavní rozdíly v manažerské funkci mužů a žen. Dále se budeme věnovat genderovým rozdílům a předsudkům, které stále v dnešní společnosti přetrvávají. Analytická část práce se zabývá analýzou žen manažerek v konkrétní firmě, která je specifická tím, že v ní působí převážně muži, a to jak v manažerských funcích, tak v dělnických profesích. Průzkum postavení žen manažerek v uvedené firmě byl proveden pomocí dotazníku s otevřenými otázkami s několika z nahodile vybraných žen. Cílem těchto rozhovorů bylo zjistit, jak se ženy manažerky se svou vedoucí funkcí ztotožňují, jakou mají motivaci pro to být v této pozici a v čem spatřují výhody či obtíže, když pracují v převážně mužském prostředí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is devoted to current situation of women as managers in a company, which is mostly employing man in both, manager function as well as in blue-collar positions. In practical part women managers will be asked to fill out questionarre and it will be analysed. The aim of this analysis will be to find out what motivates them to become leaders, how they cope with managerial function and what is the advantage of working in mainly man environment. In theoretical part we get the knowledge of the terms as management, leadership and the differencies in women versus men style of leadership. Also the thesis will be dealing with gender and gender differencies.
