Chemical-heat treatment of tool steels
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnání vlastností dvou zkoušených nástrojových ocelí X37CrMoV5-1 (19 552) a HS6-5-2-5 (19 852) po klasickém a kryogenním tepelném zpracování, dále zhodnotit vliv nitridace po odlišném tepelném zpracování metodami: měření tvrdosti a mikrotvrdosti (Vickersova metoda), metalografický rozbor (světelná a řádkovací elektronová mikroskopie) a GDOES.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to compare characteristics of two tested tool steels X37CrMoV5-1 (19 552) and HS6-5-2-5 (19 852) after the classic and the cryogenic heat treatment, further to evaluate the effect of nitriding after different heat treatment methods: hardness and microhardness (Vickers method), metallographic analysis (light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy) and GDOES.
