Medical rehabilitation plan and process in patients with vertebrogenic impairment

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice vertebrogenních poruch, se kterými se setkáváme denně. Omezují člověka při každodenních činnostech a způsobují ve většině případů pracovní neschopnost. V obecné části jsem se věnovala anatomii a kineziologii páteře, definovala onemocnění a zpracovala klinické projevy, diagnostiku a farmakoterapii. V části speciální popisuji ucelenou rehabilitaci a její cíle. Věnuji se kinezioterapii, fyzikální terapii, ergoterapii a v neposlední řadě také psychologicko–sociální problematice. V kazuistice pracuji s pacientem, navrhuji krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to problematic of vertebrogenic diseases, which occur daily. Patient is limited in his daily activities and in most of the cases it causes work incapacity. The first general part is dedicated to anatomy and physiology of spine, definitions of illnesses, clinical presentations, diagnostics, and pharmacotherapy. In the second part of the thesis is described rehabilitation and its goals. I deal with kineziotherapy, physical therapy, ergo therapy and finally psychosocial problematic. In casuistry I work with patient, suggesting short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan.
