Biomechanical analysis of technics of complicated gymnastics vault - flip - flap and double front tuck

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá problematikou biomechanické analýzy přeskoku mužů přemet a dvojné salto vpřed skrčmo. V teoretické části jsme provedli analýzu vývoje sportovní gymnastiky u nás, dále analýzu vývoje přeskokového nářadí ve sportovní gymnastice mužů. Pomocí přístrojové techniky jsme provedli digitalizaci vybraných záznamů přeskoku mužů na 35. MS ve sportovní gymnastice mužů v belgickém Ghentu. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat techniku provedení vybraného přeskoku z biomechanického pohledu a sestavit praktická doporučení pro trenéry této disciplíny. Ke splnění cíle práce jsme si stanovili 4 úkoly a 4 hypotézy práce. Získaná data jsme vyhodnotili pomocí přístrojové techniky SIMI MOTION a statisticky jsme je vyhodnotili. Polovina hypotéz se potvrdila na základě statistických údajů. V diskuzi se zabýváme úskalími, které mohou zapříčinit neúspěšný pokus závodníka na přeskoku, dále hledáním optimální cesty nácviku tohoto složitého gymnastického přeskoku. V závěrech se objevují teoretická i praktická doporučení pro další vědeckovýzkumnou práci i pro trenérskou praxi.

Abstract:

The paper deals with the issue of biomechanical analysis of men’s vault - flip-flap and double front tuck. In the theoretical part we analyzed development of competitive gymnastics in our country as well as development of the pre-vault apparatuses in the men’s competitive gymnastics. Using instrumentation we digitalized selected records of men's vaults at the 35th World Championship in the men's competitive gymnastics in Ghent, Belgium. The objective of this paper was to analyze the technique of a selected vault from the bio-mechanical point of view and to prepare practical recommendations for trainers in this discipline. We set 4 tasks and 4 hypotheses of the paper for meeting the objective. We evaluated the obtained data using the SIMI MOTION appliance and evaluated them from the statistical point of view. Half of the hypotheses were confirmed according to the statistic data. In the discussion we deal with difficulties that can be the cause of unsuccessful attempt of a gymnast in performing a vault, also with looking for the optimum way to train this complicated gymnastic vault. In the conclusion there are theoretical and practical recommendations for further research and training practice.
