Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řešením sporů v rámci Světové obchodní organizace. Nejprve se zaměřuje na teoretické přiblížení hlavních principů fungování WTO, její význam, funkce a postup řešení sporů a dále pak analyzuje konkrétní případ týkající se sporu mezi Evropským společenstvím a Chile, jehož předmětem je rozdílné zdanění alkoholických nápojů. This bachelor thesis aims at settling disputes within the World Trade Organization. The opening part of the thesis describes meaning and functions of WTO, the main principles of the WTO trading system, and dispute settlement process.
