Abstract:
Cílem práce je najít vhodné softwarové řešení pro začínající IT firmy. Nejprve se proto práce věnuje způsobům vedení vývojových týmů. Následně se v práci projednávají potřeby těchto firem a stanovíme základní podmínky, které by měl software pro IT společnosti splňovat.
