The influence of workpiece during milling gear on machining process
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá obrobitelností oceli 18CrNiMo 7-6. Teoretická část této práce se zaobírá obecným popisem, ovlivňujícími vlastnostmi a vyhodnocováním obrobitelnosti. V experimentální části je porovnáván stejný materiál, s rozdílem, že k překování materiálu na požadovaný tvar probíhalo ve třech různých kovárnách. Abstract:
This case study discusses 18CrNiMo 7-6 steel machinability. Theoretical part of this work talks about general descriptions, influencing characteristics and machinebility assesment. In the experimental part of the study same material is being compared to others with distinction that reforging of the material to the required shape was done in three different forging workshops.
