Diplomová práce srovnává podniky v rámci nadnárodního seskupení a řeší otázku vlivu úpravy převodních cen na efektivnost hospodaření jednotlivých článků seskupení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány vhodné metody finanční analýzy, základní informace o daňových systémech v zemích, kde seskupení působí.
