Diplomová práce je zaměřena na motivaci zaměstnanců ve firmě a její vliv na produktivitu práce. Je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. The Diploma thesis describes the motivation of employees in the company and its influence on the productivity of work. It is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical.
