Bakalářská práce poskytuje analýzu e-mailových dotazů, které přijalo o.s. INTERNETPORADNA.cz Olomouc během roku 2009 v rámci své služby internetového poradenství. Tuto službu poskytuje jako součást odborného sociálního poradenství.V úvodu práce vymezuje pojmy jako internet, poradenství, sociální služby, internetové poradenství, internetová poradna a neziskové organizace. The bachelor's thesis provides an analysis of email questions, which were obtained by the citizens association INTERNETPORADNA.cz Olomouc through the internet consultancy during the year 2009. This service is provided as a feature of special social consultancy.
