Labour turnover in the selected call center focused on active selling

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je identifikovat příčiny fluktuace zaměstnanců ve vybraném call centru zaměřeném na aktivní prodej a dle zjištěných výsledků navrhnout doporučení podporující snížení fluktuace a zvýšení motivace zaměstnanců. Teoretická část práce charakterizuje fluktuaci z pohledu jejího dělní a popisuje vzorce pro výpočty fluktuace a jednotlivé důvody fluktuace zaměstnanců. Práce se zabývá také postavením organizací při fluktuaci a reflektuje dopady tohoto jevu v organizaci. Dále jsem se zabývala jednotlivými personálními procesy, které jsou s fluktuací zaměstnanců ve firmě spojeny – nábor a adaptace zaměstnanců, vzdělávání a rozvoj, hodnocení, odměňování, stabilizace a motivace. Metodická část představuje metodologii výzkumného šetření. Cílem této práce bylo odpovědět na otázku: „Jaké jsou příčiny fluktuace zaměstnanců call centra zaměřeného na aktivní prodej?“ Pro výzkum jsem zvolila kvalitativní výzkumnou strategii ve formě kvalitativních rozhovorů, kterou jsem doplnila analýzou dokumentů. Výsledkem bylo zjištění příčin fluktuace zaměstnanců ve zkoumaném call centru. Na závěr jsem připojila návrh doporučení vedoucích ke snížení fluktuace a zvýšení motivace zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis aims to identify causes of labour turnover in selected call center focused on active selling and according findings results to design recommendations supporting the reduction of labour turnover and increase motivation. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis splits fluctuation in terms of its division and describes the formula for the calculation of turnover and individual reasons for employee turnover. The thesis has a status of organizations in turnover and reflects the impact of this phenomenon in the organization. Then I dealt with the various HR processes that are with staff turnover in a company connected - recruitment and adaptation of employees, training and development, evaluation, reward system, stabilization and motivation. Methodological part presents the methodology of the research. The aim of this study was to answer the question: "What are the causes of employee turnover call center focused on active selling?" For research I chose a qualitative research strategy in the form of qualitative interviews, which I completed an analysis of documents. The result was to determine the causes of employee turnover in the surveyed call center. In conclusion, I joined a draft recommendation to reduce turnover and increase employee motivation.
