Nedostatek vody a nedostatek kyslíku jsou významné abiotické stresové faktory, které ovlivňují produktivitu a i přežívání rostlin. V této práci je charakterizováno působení těchto stresových faktorů na některé funkce kořenů rostlin chmele. V první části jsem zkoumal přežívání kořenů rostlin chmele za různého obsahu vody v půdě. Water limitation and oxygen deficiency are important abiotic stress factors, which affect plant productivity and their survival as well. In this thesis, the effect of these stress factors on some root function in hop plants is characterized.
