Abstract:

Abstrakt První část této diplomové práce je věnována definici, vývoji logistiky a vysvětlení základních pojmů, které souvisejí s logistikou jako např. JUST IN TIME, Vendor managed inventory (VMI), Paretův diagram apod. Obsahem první části jsou dále používané metody v logistice a členění logistiky. Druhá část této diplomové práce je zaměřena zejména na úlohu outsourcingu v dodavatelsko – odběratelském řetězci. Snahou bylo popsat, v jaké fázi je vhodné uvažovat o využití outsourcingu v procesu logistického řetězce. Dále je v této části věnována pozornost ABC analýze a problematice C – dílů. Závěr této části byla věnována kvalitě služeb v logistickém řetězci a z něho vyplývajícího zákaznickému užitku (V současnosti velmi podceňovaná oblast z řad našich tuzemských podniků). Třetí část je věnována možnosti řešení logistiky zásobování typickým zástupcem skupiny C-dílů. Zástupcem této skupiny je spojovací materiál. Cílem bylo na reálném praktickém příkladu ukázat, jaké možné efekty se dají na této skupině realizovat, jaké se nabízejí možnosti v oblasti outsourcingu a VMI. Závěrečná část této diplomové práce je věnována implementaci systému Kanban do praxe prostřednictvím reálného příkladu zavedení systému do společnosti Delta s.r.o.

Abstract:

Abstract The first part of this thesis deals with the definition, development and logistical explanations of basic concepts related to logistics such as JUST IN TIME, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), the Pareto diagram, etc. The content of the first part are also the methods used in logistics and logistics division. The second part of this thesis is focused on the role of outsourcing in the supply - chain. The aim was to describe in which stage it is appropriate to consider outsourcing the logistics process chain. Further in this part addressed the issue of the ABC analysis, and C - parts. The conclusion of this part was paid to the quality of services in the logistics chain and the resulting customer benefits (currently a very underrated area among our domestic business). The third part is devoted to how to address logistics supply typical for the group of C-parts.The representative of this group is hardware. The aim was to show real practical example of what can be the possible effects on this group to realize what the options for outsourcing and VMI. The final part of this thesis is devoted to the implementation of the Kanban system into practice through a real example of the introduction of the Delta Ltd.
