An internal communication in concrete company

Abstract:

Interní komunikace je velmi důležitou součástí mezilidských vztahů a doprovází nás od sféry školní až po sféru pracovní. Jsou to právě firmy a organizace, které si v dnešní době začínaje stále více uvědomovat důležitost komunikace uvnitř podniku, tedy komunikace interní. Jako cíl mé diplomové práce jsem si stanovila, zodpovědět hlavní výzkumnou otázku, jak zaměstnanci a vedení vnímají momentální nastavení interní komunikace ve firmě. V teoretické části jsem se nejdříve věnovala pojmu interní komunikace, následně jeho úzké propojení s firemní kulturou a manažery ve společnosti. Dále jsem přešla ke stanovení základních podmínek fungování interní komunikace, jejích cílů a jednotlivých bariér, které mohou být příčinou špatného fungování komunikace uvnitř firmy. Tyto kapitoly jsem operacionalizovala a vytvořila dílčí výzkumné otázku spolu s indikátory měření. Pro analytickou část jsem použila kombinaci kvalitativní a kvantitativní metody, dotazníků a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. I přesto, že výsledky výzkumného šetření vyšly pozitivně, našly se konkrétní oblasti, ve kterých je potřeba nastavit pravidla fungování nebo možná zlepšení. Tyto hrozby nefunkční interní komunikace a možná doporučení pro zlepšení jsem ve své práci uvedla také.

Abstract:

Internal communication is a very important part of human relationships and accompanies us from sphere of school to sphere of work. It is the companies and organizations that today are increasingly aware of the importance of communication inside the company, therefore internal communication. As the aim of my thesis I have set answer the main research question of how employees and management perceive the actual setting of internal communication inside the company. In the theoretical part, I first focused the concept of internal communication, then its close links with the corporate culture and managers in the company. Then I moved to establish baseline conditions for the functioning of internal communication, its objectives and individual barriers, which may cause malfunctioning of communication within the company. These chapters I operationalized and created a particular research question, along with indicators of measurement. For the analytical part, I used a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, questionnaires and interviews. Even though the results of the research found to be positive, there were some specific areas in which is necessary to set the rules of operation or improvement. These threats dysfunctional internal communication and possible recommendations for improvement in my work also introduced.
