Quasi-fiscal operations of the state. Is it the case of CR? (Case-study)

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Kvazifiskální operace státu. Je to i případ ČR? (případová studie)“ je analýza kvazifiskálních operací státu a vytvoření případové studie, která tyto operace popisuje. V první části je popsána teorie kvazifiskálních operací, vyskytující se typy a popis institucí v ČR, které se na takových aktivitách nejčastěji podílejí. Druhá část analyzuje vybrané operace v Řecku. Problémy Bank of Crete a problémy nefinančních veřejných společností. Třetí část se věnuje dvěma aktivitám v ČR. Jsou to privatizace České spořitelny, a.s. a sterilizace devizových příjmů státu z privatizace. Vyhledává v těchto případech kvazifiskální operace státu a analyzuje jejich případný dopad na zúčastněné instituce a veřejné finance.

Abstract:

The subject of thesis „Quasi-fiscal operations of the state. Is it the case of CR? (case-study)“ is an analysis of quasi-fiscal operations of the state and case study that describes these operations. The first part contains the theory of quasi-fiscal operations occurring types and individual institutions in the CR, which is the most frequently involved in such activities. The second part analyses the selected operations in Greece. Problems of the Bank of Crete and problems of non-financial public companies. The third part describes the two operations in the CR. They are the privatization of Ceska sporitelna and the sterilization of income deposits from privatization of the state. In this cases are searched the quasi-fiscal operations of the state and are analyzed their potential impact on the participating institutions and public finance.
