Abstract:
Mezi nejmodernější izolační procesy patří magnetické částice, díky kterým se výrazně zkrátila doba separace a zvýšila výtěžnost. Spolu s vhodnými pufry umožňuje rychlou a účinnou purifikaci nukleových kyselin a proteinů přímo z buněčného lyzátu. Abstract:
Among the most modern methods of isolation belong magnetic particles due to which considerably reduce the time of separation and increased yield. Together with suitable buffers enables the rapid and efficient purification of nucleic acids and proteins from the cell lysate.
