Business Plan for an Emerging Travel Agency

Abstract:

The travel industry is booming for the past few years and has been providing its services all over the world very effectively and efficiently. This is one of the leading revenue generation businesses of the economy in many countries. For many countries travel, agency is still a big concern to be developed and provide more infrastructure to it. This research suggests the business plan for a travel agency in Prague which has been brought to inform the business requirements and stages of starting a new business for a travel agent. The business plan has been delivered through this research, including all the information related to a business (Hopp& Greene, 2018). The business plan for a travel agency is demonstrated in this research, which will detail the company's background, the market opportunity for the company, competition and its advantages, the financial documents, and management-related concepts which need to run a business effectively.

Abstract:

Cestovní ruch zažívá v posledních několika letech boom a poskytuje všechny své služby po celém světě velmi efektivně a efektivně. Jedná se o jednu z předních generací výnosů ekonomické podniky v mnoha zemích. Pro mnoho zemí cestování je agentura stále velká zájem na rozvoji a poskytnout mu více infrastruktury. Tento výzkum naznačuje podnikatelský plán cestovní kanceláře v Praze, který byl přinesen za účelem informování podnikání požadavky a fáze zahájení nového podnikání pro cestovní kancelář. Obchodní plán má byly poskytnuty prostřednictvím tohoto výzkumu, včetně všech informací vztahujících se k podnikání (Hopp & Greene, 2018). Tím je demonstrován obchodní plán cestovní kanceláře výzkum, který podrobně popisuje zázemí společnosti, tržní příležitost pro společnost, konkurence a její výhody, finanční dokumenty a řízení koncepty, které potřebují k efektivnímu podnikání.
