The Problem of International Indebtedness of the Developing Countries

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problém mezinárodní zadluženosti rozvojových zemí. Popisuje vývoj dluhu rozvojových zemí v historickém a regionálním kontextu. Čtenář se v první části práce seznámí s obecnými problémy, jež jsou pro většinu rozvojových zemí typické. Následující část je věnována vývoji zadluženosti, jejím příčinám a důsledkům. V této části se můžeme také seznámit s aktuální mírou zadluženosti a makroekonomickými problémy rozvojových zemí. Druhá polovina práce se zabývá samotnou pomocí rozvojovým zemím. Nastiňuje všechny využívané i teoretické způsoby oddlužovacích aktivit. V posledních kapitolách se čtenář může seznámit s výsledky oddlužovacích aktivit, autorovými postřehy k tématu a predikcemi budoucího vývoje zadluženosti rozvojových zemí. Samotný závěr práce podává nástin možných řešení a vhodný postup rozvojových zemí v otázce zadluženosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the problem of international indebtedness of developing countries. It describes the evolution of the debt in developing countries in a historical and regional context. The reader in the first part of the thesis gets familiar with the general problems, which are typical for most developing countries. The following part is devoted to the development of indebtedness, its causes and consequences. We will in this section also consult the current levels of debt and macroeconomic problems of developing countries. The second half of the thesis is engaged to help developing countries. It outlines all the used and theoretical ways of discharge activities. In the last chapter, the reader can get acquainted with the results of discharge activities, the author's insights on the topic and predictions indebtedness of developing countries. The very end of the thesis gives an outline of possible solutions and suitable method of developing countries on the issue of debt.
