Analysis of Real Estate Market in the CR
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje trh nemovitostí v ČR. Vedle základní charakteristiky trhu nemovitostí a pojmů je v práci zachycen aktuální vývoj cen nemovitostí v souvislosti s nabídkou a poptávkou. Na tuto část navazují principy ovládající trh nemovitostí, způsoby financování a výše úroků z úvěrů. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje shrnutí výsledků cen nemovitostí a odhad vývoje trhu v dalších letech.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis provides an analysis of the real estate market in the Czech Republic. Besides general characteristics of the real estate market and specific terms, the thesis captures actual price development of real estate in connection with supply and demand.
