Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sportovního rizika coby jednoho z typů přípustného rizika, které je okolností vylučující protiprávnost uvedenou v ustanovení § 31 zákona č. 40/2009 Sb., trestní zákoník. The diploma thesis deals with the issues of sports risk as one of the types of tolerable risk which is a circumstance excluding illegality defined in section 31 of Penal Code No. 40/2009 Coll. The thesis contains an analysis of a legal term of tolerable risk with emphasis on the sports-legal aspects.
