Tuto bakalářskou práci autor zvolila kvůli závažnosti a kontroverznosti tématu. Hlavním cílem je zhodnotit a analyzovat právní, politické, sociální, organizační, ekonomické a mezinárodní aspekty formování a provádění strategie a taktiky prevence korupce v mezinárodních obchodních operacích.
