The importance of armed security forces for the elimination of threats of terrorism in the Czech republic

Anotácia:

Cílem této práce je analyzovat fungování bezpečnostních sborů České republiky a jejich prostředky k eliminaci hrozeb terorismu v České republice. Teoretická část je zaměřena na zpracování rešerše odborné literatury, zákonů a webových zdrojů, které se zabývají problematikou terorismu v České republice. A stejně tak představení jednotlivých bezpečnostních složek, které se v České republice podílejí na eliminaci terorismu. V praktické části práce je provedeno dotazníkové šetření mezi veřejností a příslušníky Policie ČR, které je zaměřeno na otázky týkající se bezpečnosti a následné kvantitativní porovnání odpovědí respondentů. Dále jsou do praktické části zahrnuty tři hypotézy, které ověřují orientaci respondentů dotazníkového šetření v problematice terorismu a jejich mínění ohledně bezpečnosti a na základě dotazníkového šetření jsou tyto hypotézy vyhodnoceny.

Abstract:

The main objective of this work is analyze the activity of the security forces of the Czech Republic and their means to eliminating the threat of terrorism in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is focused on the processing of research of specialized literature, law and web resources which are focused on the issue of terrorism in the Czech Republic. As well as the introduction of individual security forces that are involved in the elimination of terrorism in the Czech Republic. In the practical part of the work is a questionnaire survey for the public and members of the Police of the Czech Republic which focuses on questions related to security with following quantitative comparison of respondents' answers. Furthermore, three hypotheses are included in the practical part, which verify the respondents' orientation in the issue of terrorism and their opinion regarding security, and based on a questionnaire survey, these hypotheses are evaluated.
