Další vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků v prostředí střední školy z pohledu motivace

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na další vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků s cílem identifikovat faktory, které ovlivňují motivaci dále se profesně vzdělávat. Cílem práce je porozumění a analýza klíčových aspektů, které mají vliv na zájem pedagogů o další vzdělávání a navrhnout opatření, která by mohla pomoci zájem zvýšit. Téma práce je důležité, nejen z pohledu udržení se jako jedince na trhu práce, ale také pro udržení a rozvoj kvalitního vzdělávání, které mají pedagogičtí pracovníci předat další generaci. Tato práce vychází z dat získaných na konkrétní střední škole. Pro sběr data byla využita kombinace kvantitativních a kvalitativních metod. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření byla sbírána data od pedagogických pracovníků školy a dále byl výzkum doplněn o rozhovory s ředitelem školy a koordinátorkou DVPP. Výsledky výzkumu jsou představeny a dále podrobněji zkoumány v souvislostech. Práce odhaluje hlavní motivy učitelů dále se vzdělávat, kterými dle šetření jsou: získávání vědomostí a dovedností, zvyšování kvalifikace, možnost dělat svou práci lépe a efektivněji a možnost následného zvýšení mzdy. Bylo zjištěno, že pedagogové preferují metodu online vzdělávání formou webinářů a online seminářů, což je odrazem nejvíce vnímaných bariér dalšího vzdělávání, kterými jsou, dle šetření, nedostatek času a velké pracovní vytížení. Práce dále zkoumala, jaký vliv má podpora vedení školy na další profesní rozvoj pedagogických pracovníků. Dotazníkové šetření prokázalo, že respondenti považují podporu vedení jako nutný faktor k motivaci dále se vzdělávat. Navrhovaná opatření zahrnují zvýšení četnosti vzdělávacích akcí, které jsou organizovány školou v místě pracovního výkonu, více informovat pedagogy o možnostech dalšího vzdělávání a poskytovat nabídky vzdělávacích aktivit. Výzkum byl omezen počtem respondentů, který vychází z počtu zaměstnanců v dané škole. V budoucnu by mohl být výzkum rozšířen na více škol v České republice.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the continuing education of teaching staff with the aim of identifying factors that influence motivation for further professional education. The aim of the thesis is to understand and analyse the key aspects that influence teachers' interest in further education and to suggest measures that could help to increase interest. The topic of the thesis is important, not only in terms of retention as an individual in the labour market, but also for the maintenance and development of quality education to be passed on to the next generation of teaching staff. This thesis is based on data collected at a particular high school. A combination of quantitative and qualitative methods were used to collect the data. Using a questionnaire survey, data was collected from the teaching staff of the school and the research was further supplemented by interviews with the school principal and the DVPP coordinator. The results of the research are presented and further explored in more detail in context. The paper reveals the main motives of teachers to further their education, which according to the survey are: acquisition of knowledge and skills, improvement of qualifications, the opportunity to do their job better and more effectively and the possibility of a subsequent increase in salary. It was found that teachers prefer the online learning method in the form of webinars and online seminars, which reflects the most perceived barriers to further education, which, according to the survey, are lack of time and heavy workload. The thesis also explored the impact of school management support on the continuing professional development of teaching staff. The questionnaire survey showed that the respondents considered management support as a necessary factor to motivate them to further their education. Suggested measures include increasing the frequency of training events organised by the school at the place of work, making teachers more aware of further training opportunities and providing offers of training activities. The research was limited by the number of respondents, which is based on the number of staff in the school. In the future, the research could be extended to more schools in the Czech Republic.
