Cílem této práce je pojednat o nájmu a pachtu pozemku, a to jak z hlediska základních historickoprávních souvislostí, tak z pohledu právní úpravy obsažené v zákoně č. 40/1964 Sb., Občanský zákoník, tak z pohledu právní úpravy obsažené v zákoně č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník. Abstract:
The aim of this disertation is to discuss the rental and leasing of land from the point of view of basic historical and legal context and from the point of view of legislation contained in Act N. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code and Act N. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
