Application of dark triad on Millennials generation

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje obecně rysy temné triády, jejich příčiny, projevy, klady a nedostatky. Také nastiňuje vlastnosti dvou generací, generace Y a generace X. Konec teoretické části definuje osobnost manažera a parametry od něj požadované. Praktická část se pak zabývá porovnáním rysů témné triády pomocí dotazníkového šetření na dvou vzorcích. Dále dává do souvislosti odlišnosti, zjištěné porovnáním výsledků obou vzorků, se skutečnostmi provázejících život zástupců generace X a Y. Závěrem uvádí stručný a praktický nástroj pro rychlou identifikaci rysů temné triády v praxi. Cílem práce je najít souvislost mezi rysy temné triády a vlastnostmi generace Y.

Abstract:

Bachelor’s thesis describes features of dark triad in general, its causes, manifests, positives and deficits. Also outlines properties of two generations, the Y generation and their parents, generation X. End of theoretical part defines manager’s figure and parameters required of him. Praktical part is focused on comparing features of dark triad on two samples, by questionnaire. Gives to connection differences, found by comparing results of both samples and events guiding life of representatives of generation X and Y. By the end introduces brief and practical tool to quick identification of dark triad’s features. Goal of thesis is to find links between features of dark triad and properties of generation Y.
