Abstract:

Práce Zraková ostrost a konstrukce optotypů se zabývá obecně viděním, jeho metodami vyšetřování, potřebnými pravidly pro správnou konstrukci optotypů a jejich druhy. V první části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, definice a druhy zrakové ostrosti. Poněvadž vidění může být ovlivněno mnoha faktory tak i zde jim je věnovaná kapitola, kde je stručně pojednáno o kontrastní citlivosti, anatomických dispozicích oka, fyzikálních vlastnostech světla a krátce o refrakčních vadách. Mezi významné posuny lidstva se všeobecně řadí ponaučení z kroků minulých, proto je zde věnován prostor historii vyšetření zrakové ostrosti a historii optotypů. Dále následuje kapitola zabývající se parametry optotypů a jejich znaky. Poněvadž dnes můžeme nalézt mnoho způsobů výroby a mnoho různých druhů, tak je zde zařazena kapitola dělení optotypů dle konstrukčního provedení. Ne u každého pacienta je možné dosáhnout kvalitního vyšetření stejnou metodou. Jinak tomu je u dětských a nevidomých klientů než u klientů dospělých a duševně zdravých. U všech skupin lze dojít ke stejně kvalitním výsledkům vyšetření, ovšem zcela rozdílnou cestou. Proto je zde popsáno vyšetření subjektivní a objektivní metodou. V předposlední kapitole se lze dočíst o klasifikaci zrakové ostrosti a jejich způsobech vyjádření. Pro ucelení vyšetřování a porozumění naměřených výsledků je potřeba naleznout celkového ujednocení, které upřesňují České technické normy.

Abstract:

The bachelor work called Visual acuity and the construction of the visual acuity tests deals with vision in common, with methods of examinations, necessary rules for the right construction of the visual acuity tests and also with their types. In the first part we can find explanation of the facts, definition and types of the visual acuity. The vision is affected by many factors and because of this there takes place chapter about it, where contrast sensitivity, anatomical disposition of the eyes, physical character of the light and refractive errors are explained. History of testing visual acuity and varies of tests are also included. Next chapter consists of parameters of the tests and their symbols and in consequence the division of the tests. Not always we can use the same methods to find the proper correction. We use different types of examinations when examining children, blind clients or simply the adults. In all groups, we can use different methods to find the right correction. That is why there are both – the objective and the subjective methods described. The last but one chapter deals with the classification of the visual acuity. The Czech technical norms take control of the whole examination to eliminate misunderstandings.
