In theoretical part, thesis characterizes e-business, describes structure and meaning of e-business company with emphasis on supplier. V teoretickej časti práca približuje elektronický spôsob podnikania, rozoberá jeho vývoj a popisuje štruktúru a význam elektronicky podnikajúceho podniku s dôrazom na charakteristiku dodávateľa.
