In theoretical part, thesis characterizes e-business, describes structure and meaning of e-business company with emphasis on supplier. Thesis also describes concepts of quality of services and satisfaction. Moreover, thesis detail appropriate methods of data analysis, which are used in practical part. V teoretickej časti práca približuje elektronický spôsob podnikania, rozoberá jeho vývoj a popisuje štruktúru a význam elektronicky podnikajúceho podniku s dôrazom na charakteristiku dodávateľa.
