Business Plan: Establishment of a New Shared Workshop in Prostějov

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá sestavením podnikatelského plánu na založení nové sdílené dílny. V teoretické části byla zpracována rešerše odborné literatury a související aspekty spojené se založením podniku v České republice. Tato část se dále věnuje popisu sestavení podnikatelského plánu, a také marketingovému a finančnímu plánu. V rámci řešení praktické části byly použity analytické metody pro analýzu makrookolí a mikrookolí podniku. Na základě zjištěných teoretických poznatků a výstupů z analytické části byl zpracován podnikatelský plán se všemi náležitostmi pro založení a provoz daného podniku.

Abstract:

The Bachelor Thesis is focused on compiling a business plan for the establishment of new shared workshop. The first part was processed search of technical literature and related sources of the establishment of a company in the Czech Republic. This part also describe the structure and elements of business plan, marketing plan and financial analysis. The analytical methods were dedicated to macro environment and micro environment analysis as part of solving the practical part. Based on the theoretical findings and outputs from the analytical part, the business plan was compiled with specific processing for the establishment and operating of new company.
