V důsledku technického pokroku i stále vyšších očekávání zákazníků v automobilovém odvětví jsou změny procesů neodmyslitelnou součástí. Cílem managementu kvality je snaha zajistit, aby tyto změny měly pozitivní dopad na celkový systém podniku.
