Bakalářská práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření u pracovníků pomáhajících profesí. V teoretické části za pomoci odborné literatury jsou přiblíženy různé pohledy odborníků na tuto podle mě velmi aktuální problematiku. Bachelor theses deals with the burnout syndrome of assisting staff. In the theoretical part, with the help of literature, are presented different views of experts on this, in my opinion, currently actual issue. It looks into its history, aims to bring the candidates more knowledge of syndrome and the risk factors, which workers in their workplace are to meet.
