The diploma thesis is focused on sports marketing. Specifically focused on sports marketing of the SK Slavia Praha club. The work selects procedures suitable for the analysis of marketing strategies. The procedures are then implemented at the SK Slavia Praha club. The procedures used are the SWOT analysis and a questionnaire survey.
