Bill of exchange and legislation in the Cezch Republic
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Směnka a její právní úprava v České republice“ je analýza právní úpravy směnečného vztahu pomocí právních předpisů souvisejících s tímto vztahem a zhodnocení jeho výhod a rizik. První část je zaměřena na právní vymezení směnky a její právní specifika a v druhé části se budeme zabývat využitím směnky v praxi.
Abstract:
The subject of the thesis "bill of exchange and legislation in the Czech Republic" is an analysis of legislation related bill through legislation related to this relationship and assess the benefits and risks. The first part focuses on the legal definition of bill of exchange and its specifics and in the second section will deal with the practical use of the bill of exchange.
