The prospect of an organization and administration of justice in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Diplomová práce popisuje úpravu českého platebního rozkazu, v této své části obsahuje náměty delege ferenda, které by podle autora přispěly k zefektivnění rozkazního řízení. Druhá část diplomové práce se zabývá evropskou úpravou platebního rozkazu, důraz je kladen na proces přijímání evropského platebního rozkazu. Poslední část je věnována srovnání obou institutů.
Abstract:
My diploma paper is concerned with the regulation of an order for payment in the Czech law and its European equivalent. During analysing the czech order for payment there have been suggested possible changes which in my opinion would improve efficiency of this procedure.
