V této bakalářské práci se věnuji popisu střevního mikrobiomu, kolorektálního karcinomu a potenciálním vazbám mezi mikrobiálními entitami a vývojem rakoviny. I devoted this bachelor thesis to description of gut microbiome, colorectal cancer and potential relationships between microbial entities and cancer development.
