Bolted Joint Design Module

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit aplikaci, která bude fungovat jako modul pro vizuální návrh geometrie šroubovaných spojů pro konstruktéry Katedry konstruovaní strojů Fakulty strojní Západočeské univerzity v Plzni. Výsledná aplikace se bude chovat jako jednoduchý CAD systém. V první části jsou popsány společné vlastnosti a komponenty vybraných CAD systémů. Druhá část je zaměřena na popis šroubovaných spojů, požadavky na aplikaci a celkový návrh aplikace. V třetí části je popsaná implementace, aby se čtenář seznámil s algoritmy a celkovou architekturou aplikace. Poslední část je zaměřena na testování aplikace, kde je popsán způsob testování a následné shrnutí výsledků z testování.

Abstract:

The main objective of the thesis is create an application such as a module to design and visualise of the geometry bolted joints for design engineers on Department of Machine Design at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. The application will be based on a simple CAD system. The first part describes common features and components of choosen CAD systems. The second part is focused on description of bolted joints, requirements of the application and design of the application. The third part describes implementation where the reader is familiar with the algroithms and architecture of the application. The final part contains testing of the application, description of test methods and a summary after testing.
