Occupational Health and Safety of Students and Employees at Selected Secondary Schools in the Region of Karlovy Vary, Including Protection against Social pathological Phenomenon

Abstract:

Problematika bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví žáků a zaměstnanců vybraných středních škol Karlovarského kraje včetně ochrany před sociálně patologickými jevy je tématem této diplomové práce. Bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví ve středních školách upravuje zákon č. 561/2004 Sb., zákon č. 262/2006 Sb., a další zákonné úpravy. Nicméně školní řády jsou vnitřními předpisy v kompetenci ředitelů jednotlivých škol. Zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví žáků a zaměstnanců škol, včetně prevence sociálních patologických jevů, patří obecně mezi nejsložitější procesy z pohledu zpracování dokumentace. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda současná podoba tvorby školních řádů vybraných středních škol Karlovarského kraje odpovídá legislativním požadavkům na zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví, spolu s prevencí sociálně patologických jevů. V rámci kvalitativního výzkumu bude použita technika řízeného rozhovoru s řediteli vybraných středních škol Karlovarského kraje, dále pak s metodiky prevence a výchovnými poradci.

Abstract:

The issue of occupational health and safety of students and employees at selected secondary schools in the region of Karlovy Vary, including protection against social pathological phenomenon is the graduate thesis´ table of contents. Occupational health and safety at secondary schools is modified by code No 561/2004, 262/2006, including other statutory regulations and alternations. Nevertheless, school regulations of particular schools are in charge and competence of their headmasters. As-surance of the occupational health and safety of students and employees at schools, including protection against social pathological phenomenon, has been generally one of the most complicated processes of data processing issue. The aim of this graduate thesis is to ascertain whether the current school regulations modifications of selected secondary schools in the region of Karlovy Vary corresponds the statutary requirements about the safety, including protection against social pathological phenomenon. In terms of applied qualitative research controlled discourses with particular headmasters of selected secondary schools in the region of Karlovy Vary, also with the prevention Methodists and educational consultants will be used in this graduate thesis.
