Abstract:

Předmětem zájmu disertační práce je Anglická renesanční hudba v loutnových písních Thomase Campiona, která se v současné době dostává do hudebního i pedagogického povědomí. Práce se zabývá historickými a kulturními událostmi v Anglii ve 2. polovině 16. a první polovině 17. století. Představuje hudební skladatele alžbětinské doby a podrobně se zaměřuje na osobnost, hudební dílo, a především na vokální tvorbu Thomase Campiona. Součástí práce je dotazníkové šetření a následný výzkum, jehož účelem je zjištění, jakým způsobem jsou vnímány anglické loutnové písně v českém hudebním školství a jak často jsou zařazovány do výuky předmětu Sólový zpěv. Dále je zjišťováno povědomí studentů a pedagogů o anglickém hudebním skladateli Thomasu Campionovi, zda již někdy interpretovali jeho písně. Disertační práce obsahuje kompletně digitalizovaný notový materiál písňové sbírky The Third Book of Ayres, který byl přepsán přesně dle urtextu loutnových tabulatur do současné pětilinkové notace. Součástí práce je CD Aphorisms in Music - Lute songs by Thomas Campion, obsahující vybrané písně z The Third Book of Ayres, natočené Lucií Strejcovou.

Abstract:

The subject of the dissertation English Renaissance Music in the Lute Songs by Thomas Campion is English Renaissance music, which returns to musical and pedagogical awareness. The thesis deals with historical and cultural events in England in the second half of the 16th and the first half of the 17th century. It presents the composers of the Elizabethan era and focuses in detail on the personality, musical work and, above all, the vocal work of Thomas Campion. A part of this work is also a questionnaire survey and subsequent research, the purpose of which is to find out how English lute songs are perceived in the Czech music education and how often they are included in teaching of the subject Solo singing. Furthermore, it investigates the awereness of students and teachers regarding the English composer Thomas Campion, and whether they have already interpreted known his songs. The dissertation contains the completely digitized sheet music of the song collection The Third Book of Ayres, which was transcribed exactly according to the urtext lute tablature into the current five-line notation. The thesis includes a CD called Aphorisms in Music - Lute songs by Thomas Campion that contains selected songs from The Third Book of Ayres, recorded by Lucie Strejcová.
