Legal and economic aspects of personal bankruptcy

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou osobního bankrotu, konkrétně provedením analýzy příčin, důsledků a současné právní legislativy vztahující se k této problematice. Zvolený problém jsem řešila pomocí analýzy, syntézy a komparace právní úpravy, bibliografie a článků z internetových zdrojů. Na základě zjištěných údajů jsou v závěru práce sepsány kladné i negativní aspekty tohoto institutu. V závěru je také upozornění a navrhované řešení ohledně opakovaných žadatelů o přiznání statusu osobního bankrotu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the characteristics of personal bankruptcy, more specifically performing the analysis of causes, consequences and current legal legislation related to this issue. The given problem is solved by means of analysis, synthesis and comparison of legislation, bibliographies and articles from Internet sources. According to the findings in this thesis, positive and negative aspects of this institution are listed in the conclusion of the text. In conclusion, there are also warnings and suggested solutions for granting the status of personal bankruptcy for the applicants repeating the application.
