Development of voters of the Progress Party in Norway
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem voličů norské Strany pokroku mezi lety 1997 až 2013. Práce vychází z teorie mainstreamingu radikálně pravicových populistických stran. Strana pokroku se od poloviny 90. let částečně stala součástí politického mainstreamu. Cílem práce je zjistit, jestli k podobnému vývoji došlo i na úrovni voličů.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on development of voters of the Norwegian Progress Party between years 1997 and 2013. The framework is based on the theory of mainstreaming of radical right-wing populist parties. The Progress Party has partially become part of the mainstream since the mid-1990s. The aim is to find out if similar development has taken place at the level of voters.
