Abstract:

Cílem absolventské práce je popsat a zanalyzovat současnou situaci konceptu interkulturní mediace ve Španělsku a poodhalit tak možnosti, jak na něj nahlížet. Úvodní část se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů, pojících se k oblasti interkulturní mediace a samotnému popisu tohoto nástroje. Dále se zaměřuje na jednotlivé typy interkulturní mediace a na její využití v praxi. Závěr práce je věnován popisu historického vývoje, který mapoval vývoj konceptu interkulturní mediace ve Španělsku, jeho největším průkopníkům a legislativnímu ukotvení profese interkulturního mediátora.

Abstract:

The aim of the graduate thesis is to describe and analyse the current situation of the concept of intercultural mediation in Spain and discover the possible ways to understand it. The introductory part explores the definition of main terms related to intercultural mediation and describes the instrument itself. It also focuses on different types of intercultural mediation and its practical use. The conclusion is dedicated to the historical concept, charting the development of the concept of intercultural mediation in Spain, to its greatest pioneers and legislative basis for the profession of intercultural mediator.
