Abstract:
Diplomová práce popisuje diverzity management, age, gender management, generace x,y,z. Srovnává přístup k diverzitě v podniku A s podnikem B. Následně je navržen systém k nastavení systému diverzity v podniku A.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis explains diversity management, gender, age management, generations X, Y, Z main chraracteristics. Company A is compared with company B and as finally the plan diversity management in company A is created.
