Internet and its influence on secondary school youth

Abstract:

Diplomová práce má dvě části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na objasnění základních pojmů souvisejících s internetem. Zabývá se podstatou internetu, jeho vznikem a vývojem a definuje způsoby připojení k internetu. Jsou zde vyjmenovány některé pozitivní i negativní vlivy internetové komunikace. Praktická část diplomové práce obsahuje výsledky empirického šetření, kde byli pomocí dotazníků osloveni respondenti ze dvou středních škol v Přelouči, kteří odpovídali na otázky týkající se jejich názorů a postojů k problematice internetu a s tím souvisejících dalších jevů.

Abstract:

The Diploma work has two parts. The theoretic part is concerned to explanation of the basic words related to the internet. It includes the substance of the internet, its invention and progress. It defines the ways of connection to the internet. There are some positive and negative influences of the internet communication. The practical part of the diploma work contains some results of empiric research. We have asked some students from schools in Přelouč who answered questions. We found out some their opinions and attitudes to the problems of the internet and other connected influence.
