Biometric systems: fingerprint processing including the fingerprint reconstruction from templates

Anotácia:

Cílem této práce bylo popsat metody používané při zpracování aporovnávání otisků prstů při biometrické autentizaci a dále pak typy reprezentace registračních záznamů otisků prstů a možnosti rekonstrukce původních otisků prstů z těchto zpracovaných dat. Práce zahrnuje i program pro rekonstrukci otisků.

Abstract:

Goals of this thesis were to describe the methods, which are used in the processing and comparing of the fingerprints in the biometric authentication and also decsribe the types of representations of the registration records of the fingerprints and the possibilities of reconstruction of the origin fingerprints from those records. In this work is also included a program for fingerprint reconstruction.
